As Cashflow Manager expands, and its suite of offerings continue to evolve; the outstanding opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced Product Development Manager to join the business at a time of significant customer growth and rich opportunities; to lead, manage, motivate and inspire a professional team of Developers and the wider IT Team. 

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Management Team and Chairman, your demonstrated leadership and management experience of a team of Developers will be underpinned by your exceptional level of IT savviness and technical development skills.  You will likely have a track record of API development, DevOps and hybrid offline/cloud subscription services and be inquisitive in nature, innovative and efficient in managing the product development lifecycle. 

This exciting position is a key leadership role, and given the size of the team, will also be hands-on and operational giving you the opportunity to do what you love while playing a key part in the leadership and overall strategy of this growing organisation.
