Reporting to the COO, this key senior executive position carries responsibility for leading and managing the fabrication and project execution of Osmoflo’s plant and products as well as the Stores and Procurement function.

We are seeking demonstrated capability in successfully project managing complex turnkey projects in the water sector or related sectors up to $30m-$50m in value; with a minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in leading, managing and mentoring a projects team/program delivery team incorporating the coordination of the work of several Project Managers.  With an impeccable understanding of the fundamentals and principles of project management generally, including PMBOK, Value Engineering and related matters and preferably with post-graduate tertiary qualifications in project management, the appointee will also have a passion for HSE principles relating to project delivery and the necessary commercial acumen to contribute significantly to tendering and competitive bidding processes.  A bonus would be international experience and in managing a fabrication/manufacturing function and/or a procurement function.
