At an exciting time of growth and in a new era of leadership, Minda, employing some 2,000 staff, now offers the exciting and rare opportunity for a new Executive Manager, People and Safety to be appointed in this key senior strategically focussed role.
We are seeking a highly experienced inspirational leader, expert in all aspects of People and Culture, Safety and WHS generally, to lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering best practice outcomes, performance and capability across human resource attraction, retention, development and engagement; workforce capability and capacity planning and program execution; driving client and staff safety and wellbeing and in conjunction with the CEO and other members of the Executive, ensuring Minda’s long term sustainability. With a focus on both big picture strategic planning and strategy execution, combined with high level project management, you will bring to this key role a highly adaptable, resilient, client responsive and commercially astute approach, characterised by the display of curiosity and conversion of Minda’s Why into the What and How across the complete People and Safety function.
Given Minda’s focus on staff safety and wellbeing, your experience in WHS and injury management strategies against a solid foundation of ER, IR and OD skills will see you flourish as you enact the role of custodian and role model for all matters to do with the wellbeing and realisation of potential of people.
