Due to sustained, organic growth, the key leadership position of Production Manager has been created to lead the Manufacturing arm of the business. With a strong, growing pipeline of local and national projects, this integral leadership position will be responsible for leading and managing a committed, exceptional workforce operating across three shifts, supported by a team of outstanding Supervisors and Team Leaders, and a wonderful organisational culture. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will also play a key role in adding strategic value to Korvest.
With six direct reports, and working closely with a skilled operations and management team of 20+ people, you will be a highly organised, capable and experienced Production Manager who seeks to take complete ownership for the production functions of the factory, with the objective of satisfying customer requirements through the achievement of strict production schedules and quality standards. Ideally, you will have automation experience which will assist in the optimisation of existing automated capabilities of Korvest, and the introduction of further, while continuing to motivate, harness and lead an exceptional, continually growing workforce in facets such as efficiency, quality, accountability and most importantly, safety.

Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience including the utilisation of Lean principles and automation will be highly regarded. An in-depth understanding of welding is desirable, however, not essential. A highly competitive remuneration package will be negotiated.
