Established Practice | Patient Liaison | West of Adelaide CBD

Our client is a single Doctor gynaecology practice that offers specialist support in the management of a wide range of issues including pelvic pain, endometriosis, hormone disorders, family planning, preconception counselling and infertility.

The rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a new Senior Medical Administrator to work closely and collaboratively with a small, dedicated and highly motivated team in the delivery of best practice patient care.  Professionalism, maturity, warmth and an intuitive approach will define some of the key characteristics of the ideal candidate and will support their suitability for appointment in a role that requires a blend of administrative expertise and sound engagement capabilities. 

The position will offer the successful applicant variety and ongoing professional interest in undertaking the following key tasks:

  • broad administrative support across the Practice in coordinating the scheduling of patient appointments including patient liaison in person, on the phone and via email
  • supporting office procedures, policies and systems
  • facilitating basic financial tasks
  • assisting with some marketing, website and social media functions
  • preparing the clinic for consulting appointments and maintaining neat and organised premises

Interest is sought from applicants looking to have a long-term impact and provide the highest levels of support in the provision of patient outcomes.  Well-developed organisational skills, high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be of critical importance in selecting this key person as will the candidate’s ability to work consistently and reliably to support the ongoing requirements of the Practice.
