Permanent, Full-time Position | Boutique Advisory Firm

Our client, Macks Advisory is a boutique advisory firm specialising in Corporate Advisory, Restructure and Turnaround and both Corporate and Personal Insolvency.

The exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join the Firm. This key position will be responsible for planning and overseeing marketing events, debtor invoicing, managing archive records, lodging annual statutory forms and general office duties including data entry, word processing, formatting, collating, photocopying and scanning, as well as any other ad hoc administrative tasks required by the team.

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and autonomous administrator who will hit the ground running in the role. Ideally, you will possess an understanding of general office procedures, marketing, IT and basic finance functions, and have sound knowledge of the MS Office suite, MYOB and office telephone etiquette and protocols.

Paramount to your success in this role will be your outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, commitment to excellence, strong organisation skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
